Dr. Ruediger Mueller is a renowned consultant with extensive experience in personnel development, recruitment and assessment. He has held several senior executive positions and as CEO has successfully turned around companies.

As VP for North America at one of Europe’s leading consulting groups he has placed senior executives for numerous multinational corporations in several countries. He has also extensive experience with assessment instruments. He has participated in the development, validation, and standardization of a variety of assessment instruments.

His manufacturing and distribution experience in the US and Europe enables Dr. Mueller to understand and work with clients on both sides of the Atlantic. He has been involved in several projects including the turnaround of a multinational automotive tier-one supplier of rubber seals and gaskets, turnaround of a lighting products distributor and a hinge and drawer slide manufacturer. He was also involved in the project management of a global adhesives and sealants manufacturer and has been project manager in numerous successful IT projects with budgets from $ 15 Million to $ 500,000 where he personally supervised the change management aspect of the projects.

Dr. Mueller has worked for or consulted with a large number of domestic and global corporations in a variety of industries, including lighting fixtures, hardware, building products, automotive parts, industrial fasteners, and MRO supplies. He has built divisions for large corporations through mergers and acquisitions and internal growth and has successfully integrated diverging corporate cultures.

Dr. Mueller received his Doctorate from the University of Michigan and Justus Liebig Universität at Giessen, Germany in Business Administration and Economics. He also holds a Masters in Business Administration from Kansas State University, as well as a joint Business and Economics Graduate Degree, from Justus Liebig Universität.

Dr. Mueller is a member of the Academy of Management and a highly respected management consultant.
